The Mythical Craftsman is a small, veteran-owned shop showcasing hand-forged pens, rings, and other commissioned work. The site lets you browse the gallery, view wares, and send a message to the craftsman.

When you submit the “Summon the Craftsman” form, the name, email, subject, and message you enter are sent by email to the craftsman so he can reply to you. A confirmation email is also sent to the address you provided.

The form data is processed through our hosting provider's email service so the message can be delivered, and a delivery log entry (template name, your email, and status) is kept so we can confirm whether a message actually reached the inbox.

• Contact-form messages, in the craftsman's personal email inbox.
• Email delivery records (recipient address, template, status, timestamps) used to verify that messages and confirmations were sent.
• If you create an account on the site, the email address and authentication tokens managed by our hosting provider so you can sign back in.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party marketing.

• The site is served over HTTPS.
• Authentication, the database, and email infrastructure are provided by our hosting platform (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase). Account passwords are hashed by the platform — they are never stored in plain text.
• Database access is restricted by row-level security policies so that internal email tables can only be read or modified by trusted server code.
• Contact form submissions are validated server-side and rate-limited by message length.

This describes the controls currently enabled on the site. It is not a SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI certification, and should not be read as one.

The site uses functional cookies and local storage required for the shopping cart and (if you sign in) for keeping you signed in. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.

• You can ask the craftsman to delete any message you sent or any account you created — see the contact details below.
• Email confirmations include an unsubscribe link; once you unsubscribe, your address is added to a suppression list so it stops receiving messages from the site.
